Kakinada
Unit 3 at Kakinada has six blocks built and two more planned. It makes starting materials for key products 12. In December 2020 the Andhra Pradesh government asked Divi's to pause the unit until local concerns were addressed, to work under Pollution Control Board supervision and to give 75% of jobs to local people 25.
