Ola bought Etergo in 2020 10. In 2026 it raised ₹780.24 crore through a placement and about ₹1,000 crore through a rights issue 248.

In May 2020 Ola Electric bought Etergo BV, the Amsterdam maker of the AppScooter, for an undisclosed price 10. We found no other acquisitions.

Investors in the June placement included Goldman Sachs, Motilal Oswal and Mirae 24. ANI Technologies and Indus Trust passed their rights entitlements to Motilal Oswal and Calliope 8. Ola allotted 37.03 crore partly paid rights shares on 2 November 2026 26.
