Aggarwal also founded the ride-hailing company Ola 1, and has raised money against his Ola Electric shares to fund the AI start-up Krutrim 5. Ola Electric paid Krutrim about ₹100 crore in FY26 for services and advances 27. In October 2024 he argued publicly on X with the comedian Kunal Kamra over service backlogs 34. In October 2025 police filed a case naming him and others after an employee's death; Ola said the employee had raised no complaints and had no direct dealings with top management 33.
