Ola sells S1 scooters and Roadster X motorcycles 18. It began using its own Bharat Cell batteries in November 2025 17.
Vehicles
Ola's range includes the S1 Pro+, S1 X+ and other S1 scooters, and Roadster X motorcycles 18. The Roadster X+ 4.5 kWh received PLI certification, and the price of the 9.1 kWh version was cut 31% to ₹1.3 lakh in April 2026 18.
Battery cells
In November 2025 Ola began delivering the S1 Pro+ 5.2 kWh with its own 4680 Bharat Cell, in packs certified by ARAI 17. By May 2026 its cell plant had 2.5 GWh running and 6 GWh largely installed, with a path to 20 GWh 19.

Stores
Ola grew from about 800 stores to more than 4,000 in December 2024, then cut back to about 700 by February 2026. It lowered its monthly break-even target from 50,000 to 15,000 units 20.
